Resolution/Workaround:
Please note since you're using FileCloud Online the backups are taken daily.
We keep up to 15 days worth of backups on the instance but keep up to 3 months of backups on a separate encrypted S3 bucket.
Regarding restore operation all you'll have to do is to request it to us via Support Ticket, either to apply the restore directly on your instance or providing requested files over a share.
