User File Activity Report Not Generating Data.

Report is not working or generating data

Environment:

  • Product - Any
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:

 

Using the "User File Activity" report with the below settings:

 

{

"user":"xx.xx@domain.com",

"from_date":"yyyy-mm-dd",

"to_date":"yyyy-mm-dd",

"no_of_days":"X"

}

 

Error or Log Message:  

Defect or

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause: "No_of_days" option takes priority over the between dates settings

Resolution or

Workaround:

Either remove the "No_of_days" option, or change it reflect a larger number of days in the past.
