Users unable to configure notifications

Original Question/Issue: There is an issue with our notification settings. Users are not able to use nor set up their own notification settings. Why is this not allowed?

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any
  • Application - Any
Steps to Reproduce:  
Error/Log Message:  
Defect/Enhancement Number:  
Cause:

The global notifications settings were not properly configured

Resolution/Workaround:

Navigate too Settings > settings > misc > Notifications

In there, make sure Enable File Change Notifications and Enable Email File Change Notifications are enabled
