I see that there is a “Get Shares Report” with a to/from date, but it doesn’t seem to respect what I put in the to/from date |

| Error or Log Message: | The custom report " Get Shares Report" and Audit logs only showing shares created today |

| Cause: |
The Automatic Archiving was enabled and was set to 1 (Admin Portal -> Settings -> Auto Archive Audit Records After (in days) and Auto Archive Audit Database (Enabled) |

Resolution or Workaround: |
Check the Audit log entry from the storage path set in the location to stored audit files. |
