User's name started out as Jane.Doe, but was updated to jdoe.  How can you change their username in FileCloud?

Environment:

  • Product - Any
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any
  • Application - Any

Resolution or

Workaround:

 You can not change username inside of FileCloud. You will need to recreate the user with the new name and then transfer their My Files to the new account.
