| Cause: | Security device was appending the share link url with "https://urldefense.com" |

Resolution or Workaround: |
Normally, the link appears as: https://subdomain.filecloudonline.com/ui/core/index.html?XXXXX
Upon inspection of the hyperlink within the email, a security device was scanning the emails and changing the links in the email to be appended:
This led to the link to appear as: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://subdomain.filecloudonline.com/ui/core/index.html?XXXXX
This caused the link to not navigate to the correct location within FileCloud when clicking on the shared file or folder.
To resolve this, please ensure that the links in the email notifications that FileCloud sends when sharing files or folders remains the same. |
