Upgrade FileCloud using Windows update tool. |
| Error or Log Message: | |
|
Defect or Enhancement Number: |

| Cause: |
Quick fall back to previous version if Managed storage data and MongoDB databases are left intact and unchanged. |
|
Resolution or Workaround: |
Stop all FileCloud services. Rename xampp directory to xampp_upgrade. Rename xampp_YYYYMMDD to xampp. Start all FileCloud services. |
