FileCloud Drive hang upon user password change
Question/Issue Description:
If you have reseted your password and the FileCloud Drive client keeps trying to reconnect using your old password
Environment Details:
Error/Log Message:
Drive is unable to login and mount. It will try reconnecting every 10 seconds.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to your FileCloud Drive client application
- Reset your password from FileCloud web interface or via Active Directory
Resolution/Workaround:
Please proceed as below in order to fix the FileCloud Drive client:

- Kill Drive processes using Windows task manager
- Empty or remove the data folder %APPDATA%\FileCloud Drive\data\
- Launch FileCloud Drive application and log back in
