"Inherit Folder Level Security" permission bug

Original Question or Issue:	Bug when removing "Inherit Folder Level Security" permission
Environment:	Product - FileCloud Server Version - 23.242 Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:	From the Admin UI > Team Folders > ... navigate to a sub-folder > 'Permissions' Selecting or deselecting the 'Inherit Folder Level Security' checkbox for a sub-folder inside of a Team Folder still causes the change to take place, even if the user doesn't press 'OK'
Error or Log Message:	Users will inherit or lose permissions whether or not 'OK' was selected
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:
Resolution or Workaround:	Users can still be configured to either inherit or bypass folder-level security depending on the intended access. Checkbox can still be checked or unchecked for the effect to take place or be removed
