DataBase Keeps Crashing Due to Security Software

Original Question/Issue:

 

The database service keeps crashing and have to keep going into the CP console and restart it.

 

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any
  • Application - Any

Steps to Reproduce:

 

 

 

Error/Log Message:

Cause:

 

Anti-virus or security software was stopping the Database.

 

Resolution/Workaround:

 

Whitelist the /xampp folder for the Anti-virus or security software.
