Steps to Reproduce: | Settings set to private share |
Error/Log Message: | When users try to open/view the public share link it asks for the username/password |
Cause: | Settings set to private Share |
Resolution/Workaround: | Please navigate to FileCloud settings and check if the Default share type is set to Private Share or Password Protected Share. If it is, change it to Public Share, and it won't ask for the username and password anymore. |
