Workaround:

To properly make Network Folders accessible via FileCloud, the FileCloud Web Server(Apache 2.4), fcorchestrator, cron(filecloud cron service), and Document Preview(filecloud docconverter) services must run as accounts with full permissions on Network Folders. Otherwise, there may be problems accessing network shares. Kindly ensure that the account running the FileCloud services has sufficient access to the folder path.

Please follow all the steps included in the following support doc: https://www.filecloud.com/supportdocs/fcdoc/latest/server/filecloud-administrator-guide/filecloud-site-setup/storage-settings/setting-up-network-folders/lan-based-network-folders/web-server-permissions-for-network-shares
