Workaround:


Admin Portal -> Settings -> Policies -> TEAM FOLDER POLICY -> Edit -> User Policy -> Disallow default share settings change

This will need to be disabled. Otherwise, you will need to login as the team folder account in order to make any changes to the shares you generate from the admin portal.
