FileCloud admin portal configured from Settings > Third Party Integrations > reCAPTCHA

| Error or Log Message: | Captcha Token Invalid CLFC-00035 error |

Defect or Enhancement Number: |

| Cause: | https://www.google.com is not reachable from FileCloud web node |
|
Resolution or Workaround: |
Open network ACL: Source IP FileCloud web node > Destination www.google.com > Port 443 HTTPS |
| Notes: | If you have multiple FileCloud web nodes, the ACL must be opened for each of them. |
