SMTP Mail server is failing

Summary:

Having error when doing Test Email from Admin Portal > Settings > Email, due to the SSL Verification error..

Question/Issue Description:

The emails were not sent and getting the below error message (Test Email):

    Email Sending Failed : An error occured or admin is in the Do-Not-Send list of emails CLFC-00151

Environment Details:

error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed [C:\xampp\htdocs\thirdparty\vendor\phpmailer\phpmailer\src\SMTP.php line 468]
4:SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

Add the below flag to C:\xampp\htdocs\config\cloudconfig.php or /var/www/html/config/cloudconfig.php

   define("TONIDOCLOUD_SMTP_OMIT_CERT_VERIFY", true);
