To select Two-Factor Authentication(2FA) other than Email, you first need to enable the option: Require two-factor authentication(2FA). Once enabled, please scroll down and save your changes; the Effective Policy windows will be closed. Reopen the Effective Policy windows a second time and select the 2FA tab. At this time, you should be allowed to select any option listed under: Two-Factor Authentication Mechanism. |
