| Cause: | Issue with a particular Anti-virus |

Resolution or Workaround: |
Sometimes, severe slowness can be noticed when accessing FileCloud Admin and User portal over a browser if FileCloud Server is installed with Trend Micro Deep Security. Completely disable Trend Micro Deep Security and any related services and check if the slowness is seen again. |
