XOauth2 Email not Working

The email feature does not work.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.232.1.24856
  • Platform - Linux
  • Application - XOauth2
Steps to Reproduce:

 

  • Setup XOauth2 from the FileCloud Admin.
  • Input the username/password wrong.
  • Test an SMTP email.

 

Error or Log Message:  


4:SMTP INBOUND: "535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [FR3P281CA0026.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2024-09-09T12:40:08.335Z 08DCCFD65AFA3E7A]"

2:SERVER -> CLIENT: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the user credentials were incorrect. [FR3P281CA0026.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2024-09-09T12:40:08.335Z 08DCCFD65AFA3E7A]

Cause:  Username or password are incorrect.

Resolution or

Workaround:

 Enter the correct Username or password. Ensure no white spaces or characters are in place.
