Highlights:
- Folder permissions information updated and easy to understand - The admin portal interface for managing folder permissions has been improved to clarify the effective permissions on a folder for users and groups when folder and/or share permissions are applied.
- Automated workflow feature for copying folder structures - New automated workflow capabilities include copying folder structures and permissions to make it easier to deploy content to a new system.
- Metadata-based automated workflows - Now, automated workflows can be initiated when metadata sets or metadata attribute values are added to files. In addition, workflow actions for adding and updating metadata values have been added.Optimized Upload - The upload time for S3 storage has been significantly reduced.
- Optimized S3 Upload - New settings have been added to significantly reduce the upload time for S3 storage.
- Support for Network Folders with paths over 255 characters - In Windows, FileCloud now supports use of the prefix \\?\ in front of file paths, which enables them to be up to 1024 characters in length.
