Updating FileCloud Internal IPs

We will be updating our IPs for the FQDNs used within your FileCloud instance on October 25th. The IPs are below:

GeoIP Server URL

The GeoIP server converts an IP address to a GEO location.

• New IP - 44.221.207.107
• Old IP - 45.55.141.222

WOPI Endpoint relay

WOPI is used for office online edits to documents.  If you are using the WOPI service, please see the details below.  More information here.  Microsoft Office Online Cloud For Web Edit - FileCloud Docs - Server

• Resty Production server
  • New IPs - 52.2.157.190, 3.221.65.180
  • Old IPs - 45.33.12.181, 198.58.116.171

No action is needed on your FileCloud instance; however, you must update any security or firewall settings to ensure connectivity to the new IPs.  Your existing IPs will function until November 22nd.
