The drop down menu under the user name contains a 'Help and Support" link that brings you to a landing page for both Filecloud Server and Filecloud Online. Can you change the link to go directly to the "FileCloud Server Help" rather than the landing page where our users may choose the wrong one? |

The "Help and Support" link can be customized from the Admin Portal -> Customization -> URL -> Product Tech Support URL. See below screenshot:
Since you can customize the URL, you can use your internal FileCloud knowledge base. Just ensure that the URL is accessible from your FileCloud server. You can check this support documentation for reference: Customize Product URLs |
