If we move a user from full access to disabled, what happens with their data?
If we move a user from disabled to full access, what happens with their historical data?

If a user account is disabled, then the following rules apply

 

 

 

You will not be able to access the shares created by disabled user accounts. When a user account is disabled, all team folder shares associated with that user will also be disabled.

 

Once the account is reactivated and granted full access, the shares will be restored. You will then be able to access the account from a browser or other clients, view the user files, and the account will count towards your license.
