| Cause: | Firewall or another upstream device blocking connection to FileClouds GeoIP FQDN |

Resolution or Workaround: |
Ensure that nothing is blocking the FQDN geoiplookup.codelathe.com. Connection is needed to check the IP of a user, with the countries IP database. |
