Try to integrate an S3 like object storage with self signed CA certificate

| Error or Log Message: | AWS HTTP error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate in certificate chain |

Defect or Enhancement Number: |

| Cause: | FileCloud is shipped with Global CA Root certificates |
|
Resolution or Workaround: |
Add self signed ceritificate to FileCloud shipped cacert.pem located at the below paths. \xampp\htdocs\resources\certs\cacert.pem \xampp\htdocs\src\Core\cacert.pem |
