In the event of the following:

• Customer requires the default admin credentials for their FileCloud Online instance
• IT provider had initially set up their FileCloud Online instance but had changed or had moved away from their IT service provider, and credentials were not handed over properly.

Workaround:

To reset the default admin account for FileCloud Online / FileCloud GovCloud instances, please contact FileCloud Support.
