Invalid License Host After Upgrade

or Issue:

After running the upgrade for FileCloud the Admin UI asks for a license file but does not accept it.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.241
  • Platform - Windows
  • Application - License
Steps to Reproduce:

 

  • Change the Server URL to anything else.
  • Apply your license file via the Admin Portal > Settings > License.

 

Error or Log Message:  Invalid License Host

Defect or

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause:  The Server URL didn't match the License Host.

Resolution or

Workaround:

 Ensure the server URL matches the license host after the upgrade.
