Invalid License Host After Upgrade

Original Question or Issue:	After running the upgrade for FileCloud the Admin UI asks for a license file but does not accept it.
Environment:	Product - FileCloud Server Version - 23.241 Platform - Windows
Steps to Reproduce:	Change the Server URL to anything else. Apply your license file via the Admin Portal > Settings > License.
Error or Log Message:	Invalid License Host
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:	The Server URL didn't match the License Host.
Resolution or Workaround:	Ensure the server URL matches the license host after the upgrade.
