Issue downloading a zip file from FileCloud User Interface

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud User Interface
  • Version - All
  • Platform - Windows
Steps to Reproduce:

Open FileCloud UI and download a file.

Error or Log Message:  

Defect or

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause:

Network Firewall.

Resolution or

Workaround:

Connect via RDP to one of your FileCloud WEB server node then open a FileCloud User Interface using localhost in the URL and download the problematic file:

http://127.0.0.1/ui/core/index.html#/

Notes:  If the file is successfully downloaded locally this means the issue is in the network path from the client to the server, typically a firewall.
