Open FileCloud UI and download a file. |

Connect via RDP to one of your FileCloud WEB server node then open a FileCloud User Interface using localhost in the URL and download the problematic file: |
Notes: | If the file is successfully downloaded locally this means the issue is in the network path from the client to the server, typically a firewall. |
