login to admin portal loading in loop

Original Question or Issue:	Cannot log in to the Admin Portal, and the site loader keeps spinning
Environment:	Product - FileCloud Server Version - Any Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Error or Log Message:
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:	The user is trying to log in with http or site SSL certificates are not installed
Resolution or Workaround:	Install the SSL certificate and use the https to login or Disable the secure cookies by setting the below flag to 0 under <FILECLOUDROOT>/config/cloudconfig.php define("TONIDOCLOUD_SECURE_COOKIE", 0);
Notes:	<FILECLOUDROOT> (Windows) <drive>:\xampp\htdocs\, (Linux) /var/www/html
