New files uploaded are not showing for users.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - All
  • Platform - All
  • Application -
Steps to Reproduce:

 

Upload File via the User Portal and refresh the page. You'll see a success notification from the User Portal but no files will be seen.

 

Error or Log Message:

Using a HAR file you can see the following response.

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause: Likely there is a block from a firewall on the internal network.

Resolution or

Workaround:

Check internally for any blocks from a WAF if there is one in place.
