2FA not showing up for FileCloud External users

External users can't log in using 2FA

Environment:

  • Product - All 
  • Version - 20.2 and above
  • Platform - All
Steps to Reproduce:

 Enable Two Factor Authentication from the policy.

Error or Log Message:

Enhancement Number:

 External users do not receive a 2FA pop-up when they sign in
Cause:

Workaround:
