Server Sync Fails Download

If one file fails, the entire download will fail. When the failure occurs, check the "Activity" button in Server Sync. This will display a file causing the issue.
It could be a permission issue or something a simple as the file being locked.

To clear a locked file, login to the Admin Portal and navigate to User Locks on the left side.
