or Issue:

Running into an Single Sign-on(SSO) error when cloud only M365 users try to log in to File Cloud.  Users are redirected to a blank, white page with our SSO error message.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - Any
  • Platform - Any
  • Application - Single Sign-on

Configure the user with a valid email address within the active directory.  Example.  John.doe; john.doe@example.com
