Uploads are failing from within the User Portal.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - All
  • Platform - Windows
  • Application - Uploads
Steps to Reproduce:

 

 Upload a file while behind a proxy/firewall/load balancer.

 

Error or Log Message:  


Defect or

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause:  Local proxy/firewall/anyti-virus/load balancer settings can block the uploads.

Resolution or

Workaround:

 If there is a Proxy, Load balancer, Firewall, or Anti-Virus in place, you will need to bypass these in order for the uploads to work.
