Users are logged out from FileCloud User interface after entering correct credentials

Error or Log Message: | IP Mismatch Detected: Timeout is 0 for : 172.68.107.47 DB IP: 172.71.185.59 |
Defect or Enhancement Number: |

Cause: | Issue is commonly seen for FileCloud Customers having their site publicly accessible from the Internet. Please note this is related to Internet network routing changes for those users while browsing FileCloud public URL. |
Resolution or Workaround: |
Connect to FileCloud Admin Portal > Settings > Misc > General > Select Disable IP Check box then Save. |
