Original Question or Issue:	When sending invitations to new users it gets the error "Invitations not allowed CLFC-00122"
Environment:	Product - FileCloud Server Version - 23.242 Platform - Any
Steps to Reproduce:
Error or Log Message:
Defect or Enhancement Number:
Cause:	Bug in new Settings UI introduced in 23.242
Resolution or Workaround:	Admin Portal -> Settings -> In the top Right select -> switch to classic view. Now navigate to Settings -> Policies -> Edit Policy -> User Tab -> Change the "Create account on new user share" to no -> save -> Change it back to yes -> Save.
