Allowing members to re-share

Summary:

The ability to allow a particular user who have been given Manager permissions the ability to re-share any private share.

Question/Issue Description:

A user who has been given Manage permissions on a private share cannot re-share to other users.

• Product - FileCloud Server
• Version - All
• Platform -  All
• Application - 

Error/Log Message:

Steps to Reproduce:

• Share a private file or folder with a user and give them Manage permissions
• Have that user log in and click the shared file or folder under the Modified column.  They will not be able to re-share.

Resolution/Workaround:

With the same user, on the same file or folder, on the right side windowpane under Details you will see a Manage Share option.
