or Issue:

We tried to upgrade our on-prem FileCloud installation but encountered a problem after installing the newest update, version 23.241.0.27140.

Environment:

  • Product - FileCloud Server
  • Version - 23.241.0.27140
  • Platform - Windows 
  • Application - FileCloud Upgrade
Steps to Reproduce:

 

 Upgrade to the latest version with the services off and not in a ready state.

 

Error or Log Message: Please perform a full system upgrade.

Enhancement Number:

 
Cause:
Services need to be enabled and ready.


Resolution or

Workaround:

Ensure that you have all of the services running before triggering the upgrade.
